Lia Beach

An off-the-beaten-path beach for chilling out

Lia Beach, Mykonos

Once a remote beach, Lia has been discovered. It now has a trendy beach club and has even been ranked among the best beaches in Greece by international publications. Due to its location, however (it’s the farthest beach from Mykonos Town -- 14km to the south), it remains a more relaxed destination.

It’s not as isolated and quiet as in the past, as the club plays chill-out beats to accompany the food and cocktails. It also provides sunbeds to those who don’t want to lie on the pebbly sand.

The water is crystal-clear, perfect for snorkeling, and it’s the most popular spot for scuba diving on the island. Bamboo windbreaks makes it a more sheltered beach.
